Harnessing the Internet to Save Money
Serafy Labs is a quality control testing center for over 6,500 clinical testing centers. Each testing center would Fed-Ex their survey to Serafy for grading and results. Using secure logins MPC Studios created a website through which each testing clinic could login and submit their surveys for grading. Results are then available to each center via email. Allowing online submission and results distribution MPC Studios was able to greatly reduce overhead costs from shipping so that this custom solution paid for itself after only three months of use. Serafy Labs have been a client for around 4 years.
